About Scott J Fasse MD PC

Led by Scott Fasse MD PC, our practice takes the time necessary to understand your health needs and concerns. We know each of our patients by name, and most of them are loyal, long-term patients who have helped develop our practice over more than 15 years.

Dr Fasse grew up in on a farm in central Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1987 and has been practicing in this area ever since. He is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice.

In his spare time, Dr. Fasse regularly participates in medical missions, most notably during the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
